Requirements: Working knowledge of Cytoscape (CBNA L1P1), computer with Cytoscape installed

Course L2P2 – Level 2, Part 2

Cytoscape is a multi-platform open-source tool for visualising interaction networks and integrating them with annotations, multi-omic profiles and other state data.

**Course goals:**

    During this 2-half-day course participants will learn how to access and export data from public resources including:

  • Reactome and KEGG databases
  • Work with protein complexes from EBI Complex Portal and Corum database.
  • access the NDex (network data exchange) resource
  • build networks enriched with Drugs and Diseases

This is a Level 2 course, which requires a working knowledge of Cytoscape. You will need to have Cytoscape installed on your computer.

This course is available via remote participation, connection details will be provided after registration.
