The next Bio-IT beer session will take place in room V207 at 17:00 next Wednesday, 20 November 2019.
The session will be based around a discussion of NextFlow, a tool for management of analysis workflows/pipelines. It will begin with a brief introduction to NextFlow and a demonstration of how you can use it to create your own workflow, provided by Anthony Fullam (Bork Group) and Matthias Monfort (Genome Biology Computational Support), followed by an informal discussion. This will be a great opportunity to get to know other members of the Bio-IT community, and to learn about and compare notes on workflow management tools. And, of course, there will be drinks and pizza available for attendees.
