09:30 CET - 16:30 CET

You will learn how to easily create visualisations of large image datasets using the open-source software Fiji and the MoBIE plugin. We will work through this tutorial about MoBIE collection tables.

Learning objectives:

  • Understanding MoBIE collection tables
  • Modifying MoBIE collection tables
  • Working with remote cloud hosted data
  • Creating collections of your own data

We will cover various use-cases, including:

  • Inspection of locally stored image datasets with segmented objects and corresponding object measurements
  • Visualisation of correlative light, transmission and tomography electron microscopy data, with data hosted remotely at the BioImage Archive
  • Visualisation of a set of segmented 3D electron microscopy datasets from the open organelle project, with data hosted remotely at the Janelia Research Farm

There will also be time for you to create collection tables for your own data and ask questions.
