Description

This course is a thorough introduction to mathematical modelling in biology, specifically, with ordinary differential equations (so modelling in time). It gives a complete explanation of how models are derived, solved, both analytically and numerically, and analysed. Furthermore, it shows two molecular biology example of gene transcription regulation by activators and repressors.
