Adaptive Feedback Microscopy is a powerful methodology for performing high-content microscopy experiments in an automated manner. Initially acquired images are automatically analyzed and coordinates of the features of interest are communicated back to trigger follow up acquisitions.
This online workshop is dedicated to microscope users who started or plan to perform Adaptive Feedback microscopy experiments in a near future. Even though the hardware communication interfaces are different depending on the microscope brand, the image analysis and decision making parts of the workflow can be designed in a microscope-independent manner. During the workshop we will use the open-source AutoMicToools library to design and test Adaptive Feedback Microscopy pipelines.

**Aims of the workshop:**
* Learn how to design feedback microscopy experiments for different applications.
* Integrate image analysis routines from several open-source image analysis platforms (Fiji, Python , KNIME, Ilastik) into Feedback microscopy pipeline using AutoMicTools library.
* Participants who have already manually acquired data will have an opportunity to start designing and testing their Feedback Microscopy pipelines.

The course will take place via video conference using Zoom.
