The topic of the session will be literate programming tools for science, with a particular focus on Jupyter and R Markdown. Jaime Huerta Cepas (Bork), Bernd Klaus, and Mike Smith (both Huber) will get us started with brief demonstrations of the ways that they use literate programming tools in their work. These presentations will be followed by an open discussion and the chance for further demonstrations.
