CellProfiler (www.cellprofiler.org) is one of the most popluar image analysis packages and is routinely used by a number of scientists at EMBL.
In the CellProfiler user meeting we discuss our current analysis workflows in order to learn from each other and to improve each others workflows.
Also if you have never used CellProfiler you are warmly invited to join this meeting in order to find out whether CellProfiler might help you also for your research.
Participation requirements
There are no requirements to attend to this meeting. However, this is not a basic CellProfiler nor a basic image analysis course. Thus, you will probably benefit most if you are already having some experience in image analysis and/or in using CellProfiler.
