You will learn how to easily create interactive visualisations of large image datasets using the open-source software Fiji and the MoBIE plugin. We will work through this tutorial about MoBIE collection tables.
For more context we invite you to watch this talk or browse the corresponding slide deck.
Learning objectives:
- Understanding, modifying and creating MoBIE collection tables
- Working with local and remote cloud hosted data
We will cover various use-cases, including:
- Locally stored image datasets with segmented objects and corresponding object measurements
- Correlative light, transmission and tomography electron microscopy data, with data hosted remotely at the BioImage Archive
- Segmented 3-D electron microscopy datasets, with data hosted remotely at the Janelia Research Farm
- 3-D spatial transcriptomics data
There will also be time for you to create collection tables for your own data and ask questions while doing so.
