In this workshop you will learn how to use KNIME for automated image analysis.
KNIME provides graphical workflow builing for batch image analysis.
In comparison to CellProfiler, KNIME provides in general more flexibility, improved 3D image analysis support, allows you to also perform statistical analysis and enables you to combine tools from different programming languages such as Java (ImageJ), Python and R.
Participation requirements
There are no requirements for attending this course. It can be taken without any prior knowledge in image analysis or programming.
