This course is free and open to all, including outstations.
During the workshop, you will learn the theoretical and practical basics required to build, simulate and analyse models of biochemical reactions in homogeneous compartments.
You will learn how to:
- Build such a model from biological knowledge of a system.
- Simulate and analyse such models with COPASI.
Spatial effects will not be covered in this workshop.
