Image data management

In this course, you will be introduced to essential concepts and practical applications of image data management. In particular, you will learn how to create, access, visualise and publish OME-Zarr images.

This course is recommended for all scientists with research projects involving microscopy data as well as for staff members with image data related roles.

Prerequisites

Introductory level knowledge of conda and python environments is recommended
