The third in our new series of Bio-IT beer sessions will take place on Wednesday 9th November, at 17:00 in room 202. The theme of the session will be analysis workflow management tools, and we will begin with a short introduction from Bio-IT community members about Knime (Ivan Protsyuk), Galaxy (Jelle Scholtalbers), and Airflow (Vitaly Kovalev). The session will then open up into a more general discussion of tools for managing biological analysis pipelines. These sessions are a good opportunity to learn more about the topic, to get to know other computational biologists at EMBL better and, of course, have free beer and/or Bionade!
