Trainable segmentation (machine learning based image segmentation) is becoming very popular and several scientist at EMBL are using it already.
In this user meeting we discuss our current workflows in order to learn from each other and to improve each others workflows.
Participation requirements
There are no requirements to attend to this meeting. However, this is not a basic image anaysis nor a trainable segmentation course. Thus, you will probably benefit most if you are already having some experience in image analysis and/or in using trainable segmentation software.
