Bio-IT and HD-HuB are hosting a workshop on developing pipelines with Common Workflow Language, taught by the languages main developer, Michael R. Crusoe. The workshop will be a primarily hands-on, providing an opportunity for developers and researchers to create a managed workflow for their own software and/or analysis pipeline. The workshop will take place at EMBL and is co-sponsored by de.NBI, ELIXIR, and BioExcel.
