In this workshop you will learn how to use an ImageJ tool for automated segmentation of big image data sets, such as FIB-SEM or light-sheet data sets. In the beginning we will work together on one example image, while later on you can work on your own data.
Participation requirements
There are no requirements for attending this course. It can be taken without any prior knowledge in image analysis. Also, it is not necessary to bring a computer or own data.
