Introduction to the EMBL HPC Cluster

An introduction to using the EMBL HPC cluster from the Linux command line.

Open to all EMBL scientists who have used, or may want to use, the EMBL HPC cluster, and who already have basic competence using Linux command-line tools.

The morning session involves lectures and practicals where you will be guided through running some example jobs on the cluster.

The afternoon will be a clinic where you can ask for help and advice on running your particular jobs on the cluster.

There is no registration fee for the course.
